Credits and partnership

Ask for more than the grant.

Every account already starts with 50.000 TND of credit and needs no application at all. This page is for the ones who will run out: creators publishing in Derja, and startups building a product on it.

Two kinds of people we want using this.

Both make the same thing happen: Derja in public, from a model, in front of people who will say when it is wrong. That is worth more to us than the credit costs.

Content creators

Dubbing, subtitling, narration, podcasts, anything that puts spoken or written Derja in front of an audience. Volume matters more than follower count here: a small channel producing an hour a week is a better fit than a large one producing nothing.

Startups

A product with the API inside it. Support in Derja, voice notes turned into text, an app that speaks. It does not have to be launched, but it should be further along than an idea.

A person reads it, and answers.

There is no fixed amount

Credit is granted case by case, against what you say you need. Asking for a number and explaining it is more likely to work than asking for as much as possible.

No approval queue

This form files one application and nothing else. It does not score you, rank you or put you in a line, and it cannot grant anything on its own. Every grant is somebody's decision, written into the ledger by hand.

Say the numbers

Hours of audio a month, characters of speech, messages a day. A rough figure you are unsure of is far more useful than none, because it is what tells us whether the answer is a grant or a conversation about volume.

Every application is answered

Including the ones that are no, and including the ones where the honest answer is that the models are not good enough for what you want yet.

Five questions.

Only what someone would actually read before answering. There is no scoring, no attachment to upload and nothing else to fill in later.

Which are you?

The channel, the company or the project.

A link or a handle. Leave it empty if there is nothing to see yet.

What it does, who it is for, and how far along it is.

Which models, and a rough monthly volume. A guess is fine.

Before you fill that in.

Do I need to apply to try the models?

No, and most people should not. Signing in puts 50.000 TND on your account and the endpoint is free while the beta lasts. Create a key and come back here if you run out.

How much can I get?

There is no set amount and no published ceiling. It depends on what you are building and what it would actually consume, which is why the form asks for a volume.

How long does it take?

There is no queue to quote a date against, so we are not going to invent one. Every application gets an answer.

Do I need to have launched something?

No. It should be further along than an idea, and you should be able to say what it does and roughly what it would use.

What does partnership mean here?

Usually one of three things: credit, early access to a model before it is public, or us fixing something for your use case first. Say which one you are after in the last box.

Can I change it afterwards?

Yes. Sending the form again replaces what you sent rather than filing a second application, and you can withdraw it entirely. Both are on this page once you have applied.

I am a bank, a telco or a ministry.

Different conversation, and a different page: enterprise covers capacity, terms and invoicing.
